1. Purchase Policy

Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, EFT, we also have a wide range of options from 3rd party financial providers. All transactions are processed securely.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt and order details.

2. Delivery Policy

Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across South Africa. Delivery is free for any purchase and estimated times of delivery will be provided once order confirmed.

Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Process: Contact us for any return or exchange please email us talk2us@newstore.co.za or call: 087 265 8057 to arrange for shipping of the device.

Non-Refundable Items: Accessories, items damaged due to misuse, and phones with tampered seals are not eligible for return.

Refunds: May take 7–14 business days to process.

4. Warranty Policy

New Devices: All devices come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Demo devices: Certified Demo/Preloved devices include a 6–12 months warranty (specific to the model).

Warranty Claims: For warranty issues, email us or contact us on talk2us@newstore.co.za or 087 265 8057 with your purchase details. Physical damage or water damage is not covered.

5. Trade-In Policy

Eligibility: We do not offer trade-ins.

6. Privacy Policy

Your Data: We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us is protected and used solely for transaction processing and communication.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your information with any third parties without consent.
