Shopping

We offer New, Demo and Pre-loved devices. Our Demo and Pre-loved devices they go through a rigorous quality check to ensure they perform as expected. 

  • Certified Demo – These are demo units that are open box. They are good as new and thoroughly tested, certified, and in excellent working condition, they do not have any cosmetic marks or sign of usage. They have 6 to 12 months warranty based on the device.
  • New – Brand new, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging with all included accessories and full manufacturer warranties.

  • Pre-Loved – These are gently used, pre-owned products that have been inspected, tested, and verified for quality. They may show some signs of wear but function perfectly and offer great value.

All New devices are labeled with (New) in the product name, while Demo devices are labeled (Demo), and Pre-loved products are labeled (Pre-loved) accordingly.

Absolutely! Every device we sell is good as new thoroughly tested, certified, and comes with a warranty for your peace of mind. 

Yes! All our devices, whether Demo or Preloved come with a warranty. The duration may vary depending on the type of device, so please check the specific product details. 

While we specialize in sales, we can recommend trusted repair partners if you need assistance with your device.

We accept, credit and debit cards, EFT, we also have a wide range of options from 3rd party financial providers. 

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. For any return or exchange please email us talk2us@newstore.co.za or call: 087 265 8057 to arrange for shipping of the device. Please ensure the device is in its original condition and contact us within 7 days of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.

NewStore Rent-to-Own

NewStore Rent-to-Own is a flexible way to get a smartphone by paying a deposit upfront and settling the balance in fixed monthly instalments over a short period. Once all payments are completed, the device becomes yours.

No. NewStore Rent-to-Own is not a loan or credit agreement. It is a rental agreement with an option to own, structured in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Yes. We do not use your credit score to decide. Approval is based on affordability and proof of income.

A valid South African ID or Passport

Proof of address

Most applications are processed quickly. Once approved, you’ll receive your personalised quote showing your deposit and monthly payments.

The deposit varies depending on the device and your risk profile. Deposits typically range between 20% and 70% of the device value and must be paid before the device is released.

You receive your phone after approval, signing the agreement, and paying your deposit.

You can choose between 3-month or 6-month Rent-to-Own terms, depending on affordability and approval.

Yes. Insurance is compulsory and included in your monthly instalment. It covers theft and accidental damage for the duration of the agreement.

Yes. Early settlement is allowed. Contact NewStore to request a settlement figure.

If a payment is missed or late, device functionality may be restricted until the account is brought up to date. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the agreement and recovery of the device.

NewStore remains the legal owner of the device until all payments and obligations are completed in full.

If the agreement is terminated due to non-payment or breach, the device must be returned to NewStore. If not returned, NewStore reserves the right to recover the device.

Shipping

Yes! We deliver across South Africa. Delivery costs is free for any purchases. 

It takes 3-10 working days once confirmation of purchase (please note that public holidays may affect delivery time).
