2.1 Product Descriptions
- We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all products. However, minor variations in colour, appearance, or specifications may occur.
- All demo/preloved devices are certified demo/preloved and undergo quality checks to ensure functionality.
- Our demo/preloved devices don’t come with a usb cable or charger.
2.2 Availability
- Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without prior notice.
- If a product is unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods accepted include debit/credit cards, EFT and we also have a wide range of options from 3rd party financial providers.
- Orders will only be processed once full payment is received and confirmed.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Terms
- We offer delivery services across South Africa.
- Delivery is free for any purchase anywhere in South Africa.
4.2 Delivery Responsibility
- Once the product is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
- If the product arrives damaged, notify us upon receiving the device for assistance.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Eligibility
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
- Items damaged due to misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for returns.
5.2 Process

- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Accessories, software, and clearance items are non-refundable.
- Damaged device due to negligence.
6. Warranty
6.1 Coverage
- Demo devices: 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
- Preloved devices: 6–12 months warranty based on the model.
6.2 Exclusions
- Physical or water damage, tampering, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
- Accessories are not covered by warranties unless specified.
7. Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy.
- Personal information collected is used only for processing transactions and improving our services.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
- NewStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question, T’s & C’s apply.

- All content, images, logos, and trademarks on our website are the property of NewStore. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
