We offer both demo and preloved devices. Our demo and preloved devices are good as new they go through a rigorous quality check to ensure they perform like new. 

All New devices are labelled with (New) on the product name, and for all the devices that are not labelled they are Demo.

Absolutely! Every device we sell is good as new thoroughly tested, certified, and comes with a warranty for your peace of mind. 

Yes! All our devices, whether Demo or Preloved come with a warranty. The duration may vary depending on the type of device, so please check the specific product details. 

While we specialize in sales, we can recommend trusted repair partners if you need assistance with your device. 

You can shop on our website(newstore.co.za), select your desired device, and follow the checkout process, we have a wide range of payment options.

We accept, credit and debit cards, EFT, we also have a wide range of options from 3rd party financial providers. 

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. For any return or exchange please email us talk2us@newstore.co.za or call: 087 265 8057 to arrange for shipping of the device. Please ensure the device is in its original condition and contact us within 7 days of purchase. Terms and conditions apply.

Yes! We deliver across South Africa. Delivery costs is free for any purchases.
